I have been in some pretty good clans but I still haven't been able to find one that matches my goals or strategies. I'm a mature, more serious clasher who donates a lot (1,729 donated, 954 received) and supports clanmates in coming up with strategies, etc. I've been the co-leader of a clan that had two champions and I am currently elder of the clan I'm in now. I've been in Crystal 3 but I'm farming right now so I'm in Silver II. I joined this clan because a friend is in it but I'm looking to leave because even though there is a TH10, the clan is a relatively young clan, they aren't very serious, don't conduct any challenges, there are only two crystals right now (who don't know very much about the game - I think the TH10 gemmed his way up), the leader doesn't communicate with clan members, and it's hard to learn anything new. Additionally, I've learned a lot about war strategy in other clans I've been in but this clan refuses to stick to a strategy and consequently, we just keep losing. I don't mind losing, but when a clan can't come together, it's frustrating.

I have a lower account that I would like to bring with me. Currently a TH5, upgrading to TH6.

we would live love to have you onboard. We are still a young ish clan that started at the beginning of the year. So this means that we are still getting organised. I'd say we have about 15 steady players who are all very active with a range of levels from th6 to 9. We also have a big range in age. The co's and myself are all adults with an average age of 33. But the clan is more like early twenties (I don't know the age of everyone but I do know we have a couple of young kids which are kept in line by myself and the co's).

like I said we are still getting organised and as such have lost a few wars due to inactive players, so now we kick players before war starts if they seem inactive based on chat and donations. Our current war strategy is that the lower players generally use both attacks and the stronger players only attack once within the first few hours of the start. Then depending on how things are going the remaining attacks are used for loot or clean up. This worked really well in our latest war where we had 90%!of attacks used with 46 stars out of 60 available.
