SC need to make forum staff answer to more threads

Staff never answer to threads. Idk why, but I will list advantages:
1)publicity to SC
2)Publicity=money! even if it only adds a little more popularity
3)we will learn more about their game from staff>less questions, less work needed>less questioning to SC themselves
4)they can help stop constant threads by posting on a popular one so many people see not to post
5)less questioning means more time on the games leading to more money becuase of more raiding>more loot for upgrades and more time to do boosting instead of forums.
SC, mods sometimes just aren't enough.

1) when SC staff answer a question they often get grief.
2) the mods often know and explain stuff on behalf of supercell
3) (a) I don't agree that we can learn more from a staff member over some of the regulars here.
(b) Staff have often answered questions that are asked time and time again.
4) People cannot be bothered to search. or even look past the first page. or just the first page.
5) I'm not sure where to begin on this one. Supercell talk about this as a community- not a one stop shop for Q&A. Besides - what else is a girl to do whilst waiting forher troops to train
