Right now if you want to edit the middle or begining of the clan description, you have to delete everything after what you want to edit. I think you should just be able to tap where you want to edit and the typing bar goes there
Though I agree there's a lot of threads already addressing the 'text editor' idea for clan chat, global, and/or clan description
