My Account has Th10, lvl 40 Heroes, Max defence and over 3700 Trophies and got hhaacckked. My
whole Apple ID got ♥♥♥♥ed, Apple cant do anything because the ♥♥♥♥er changed the security questions with
my rescue email. I have send an Support Email to clashofclans.account@supercell.com yesterday but they
dont answer. I dont know, its a top account? What should I do?

Don't worry they should get back to you, just never give out your apple info, yes that was quite silly
But what is when the ♥♥♥♥er also send an Support ticket? Does the look the ip address? Or only the security questions like the first gem purchase?
I suspect your account will be sold quickly.
Don't quit on iTunes support. If you get your GameCenter account back, you'll get your Clash account back. You should be able to prove to Apple support who you are especially if you purchased gems with a credit card. Have them call you and talk to a human instead of going through the automated system. Apple/iTunes support is very good.

If they send a support ticket supercell will have to decide who is the real owner. In the mean time they will probably suspend the account.

I think you have just made a mistake posting on here to be honest
You stupidly give out your Apple ID and other private info in order to get free gems instead of buying them from Supercell and now you want them to help you? think about it!
