Welcome to the Lethologica recruitment thread. Thank you for taking interest in what I hope is to be a fantastic project which progresses into a fantastic clan.
Let me start by stating that this is currently a brand new clan, therefore if you aren't interested in being a founding member putting in the work in a new start up clan and are looking for something a little more established then this isn't for you. That being said we are currently up to 9 strong players who work on maxing their TH'so prior to upgrading, so not 100% brand new anymore but have yet to war.
Starting up a new clan successfully will require loyal members who are able to weather the 'less good times' along with the very good times. I am therefore reaching out to this fantastic community to see if I can find a collection of clashers who are willing to build a clan for themselves.
A little about me:
I'm 27 and from London, I have been playing CoC since April 2014 and have been farmig every day since. I have been part of 3 clans since I joined and have seen excellent leadership and very poor leadership. In my previous gaming life I played Halo 2 & 3 at a professional level followed by being a guild master to a♥ world top 100 world of warcraft guild.
A little about the clan:
As I have stated; this is just starting out however I believe that for everyone to be content there needs to be clear rules set prior to anyone considering joining as so to avoid any disappointment or surprises.
1. There will be 2 wars a week: Prep day begins on a Friday at 11:00 GMT and Tuesday at 18:30 GMT - these times are to allow for international timezone variance and equality, everyone deserves to have the option to be awake when the war begins. Both attacks are mandatory in all wars.
2. Donation ratios will be monitored - there is no set minimum but please note that your donations will be monitored and count towards your progression within the clan. Should there be an obvious failing in your donations a warning will be issued followed by being kicked should you fail to improve.
3. The clan will be international so as to be able to provide donations on a 24 hour basis.
4. I don't expect that I really need to mention this as it is fairly generic across all clans, however; no racism, swearing, arguing or any drama whatsoever will be tolerated.
5. Age limits - these can make or break a clan - I know there are some fantastic young players out there who have had the chance to mature faster than the rest but the age restriction is 18+
6. All members are to use both attacks during war regardless of the star difference. This is mandatory as warring is a large part of what the clan is about and a fantastic opportunity for us to learn as players and as a clan.
7. War attack rules are:
You may attack 10 positions below yourself if you are 11th position♥ or further down on your first attack. I.e: you are 15th - you may attack the 15th - 24th placed enemies. Your 2nd attack is for clean up. If you are in the top 10 then you may choose which of the top 10 you attack. - on a side note; as the clan starts up we will of course have fewer numbers, therefore until we reach 20 players the rule for attacking will be as you see fit, unless advised otherwise.
8. Elder and Co - leaders will be awarded as and when the leadership team see you as going the extra mile, there are many ways in which to do this so do not expect this to be based purely on donations.
The vision:
I have seen clans fall into nothing from failings at war, childish arguing and lack of enthusiasm, this is something I wish to remove from my clash of clans experience all together. I would like to create a clan that is free of drama and full of enthusiasm for the game and a place for players to come who wish to learn more about the game in a friendly and efficient environment.
What Lethologica is looking for from you:
At this early stage, limiting the clan to harsher requirements will not have a positive impact on the overall goal. Therefore the onlying requirement for your acceptance into the clan is that you are level 60+ and that you havent rushed your base, your acceptance will be pending further review of your base once joined.
*Please note We have a few players who are sub level 60 that have shown they work on maxing their base and understand war strategies, they were some of the first to join and therefore are the exception to the level 60+ rule. There will be no further exceptions now that the clan is developing.
I am aware that there may be players of considerably higher levels reading this thread, I am looking for dedicated members to help lead this clan into a successful future and of course there is great potential for progression in the early stages of a new clan for all members so please do not discount Lethologica as a possible new home for you.

Basically i'm looking for better players that can beef up my novice guys and i learn as well. I'm teaching as i'm learning but more can b attained! Your description and rules are perfect for what we need. I'm looking to join asap!
Fantastic. I have experience with all attack strategis from loonian and hogs through to gowipe, gowiwi, gowiwipe and everything in between. Feel free to check out the clan, we are the only clan named lethologica. I would be happy to help shape your group of players and can offer co-leader to you if that is something you are interested in.
I can provide specific attack strategies and assign each player a target in our first few wars if you believe this is something that will benefit everyone.
