That's a bot alright. Most of the time it is in Chinese and has ridiculous amount of attacks and donations. You are lucky to be able to catch him/her since they are usually online non-stop.

You know, it's not really hard to spot bot users based on their stats so you'd think SC should be able to flag them somehow by now.
