I have 6m elixir available atm. My lab would be finished in a couple of days I will be having 2 free builders. Should I upgrade giants/barbs/arch to level 6 or upgrade my 2 army camps for the extra 10 spaces?

Keep you lab always busy, and at the same time, upgrade those camps. Do it now!

Camps definitely, you will have the whole time you're at TH 9 to do troops, camp space is essential.

Keep your lab with whatever you can and upgrade your camp. Winning a battle sometimes needs only 1 extra troop. Both are essential but in my opinion lab has the priority. Now you have boost you can get the price of at least 2 camps per day easily.

drink all ur elixir and upgrade yourself to level6 lol
I would do archers. I did camps at a much later stage and it didn't affect anything. 200 spaces should be enough for a while. You (should) use archers in almost every strategy if you are like most. Do the camps after you have 2 L6 troops and even then do it one at a time with a spare building. Dont wait too long, however, or it will have a bad effect.
