I only got 3 gold mines. I think I am able to handle myself without them. And I am doing all my defense first before my collectors.
So far my builders are working on:
2 lvl 3 Xbows (From lvl 2)
1 Tesla (To lvl 5)
1 Air defense (To lvl 7)

How many builders do u have? If it's two then I'd get one working on the collectors, the other on defence. Then you'll always feel like u have enough loot.

Collectors all maxed and boosted, and im generating millions out of thin air in league bonuses.
Which then all gets dumped into lavas, mines always empty, no one brave enough to come steal from storages.

I'm around silver two doing the same. Sure I get zapped, but I'm not losing that much. However, down where I am I can never be sure...lol. Most players who raid me just go for the TH, and my base remains untouched. Also the players are weak, so I leave a very low lvl storage out so I can help them out. So I'm fairly sure I'm helping. It's always hard to tell isn't it?
