So many people have suggested that we should be able to choose who goes to war and who does not.

However many responded with the negative reason that if it is implemented, many war will be 10 vs 10 only.

therefore i recommend that we can choose our war member, but not the total number.

For example, if a clan has 29member, leader can choose 25 out of 29 freely, but cannot choose less than 25. (must go with 25 war member)
