In regards to the replay feature, I really like it. Had several situations where my (maxed) troops were gone in seconds and I was left stunned and would have loved to see what just happened.

But, exporting replays, social sharing them is essential nowadays. You want to share the replay with your clan mates, and on social media (youtube.com) for instance. It also is supportive for coc marketing so I don't really understand why I don't see a "Share" button in the sneak preview.

Supercell has enough financial power to aquire screen capture technology and integrate it into the game so replays are captured and transformed into a video fileformat. Without sharing replays online, this looks a bit like "not finished yet".

Or at least share the replay with your clanmates. A green button "Share to chat" will show a chat message with a button, and when pressed your clan mates can replay it. No video export required there. Would have made it so much more social.

...at least they are heading in the right direction.

cant wait for this "hot" update, there will no doubt be a fire dark elixir troop. but im not to excited about the troops received feature, people will request less which means you will donate less since there will be fewer troop requests. anyone else see supercell changing this in the future? this might cause some chaos and then supercell will regret adding this.

I think it's purely a perspective thing, I couldn't care about how much people donate I am far more interested that they request, if you use the troops I gave you I am happy to send more... people who receive lots of troops play a lot and are hopefully progressing faster for it, people who do nothing with their donated troops are not really doing much, overall.

So no I don't think should result in people requesting less, if your clan has this mentality they don't fully understand the tactics of this game.

I am calling this the user update! So far two of the most requested things, and no money grabs, ie new stuff to gem.

ermm...pretty sure anything new will involve gemming for a significant number of peeps.
I.e. a new troop may need a barrack level, but it will defo need lab research for additional levels. which'll take a) lots of days, and b) lots of elixir (dark or otherwise).
a new spell, will be the same...swapping barracks for spell factory
a new structure will cost either gold/elixir, and probably involve more than 1 level...hence time and more cost.

The Attack log is good though. Just waiting on which bits of the 'time issues' they're meant to have fixed.

Meh to be honest I'm not excited at all, attack replays and troops received? That's not "hot hot hot" at all. You hyped the update way too much Supercell.

I hope that the other additions will be interesting though, keep it up!

i donate alot, but imagine how other people will feel when they see that they have received more than they donated? this would make the game a little tense. personally, i like this idea because now everyone can tell who are the "best" members in their clan and who are the ones sucking up all the troops. i dont know if this is such a good idea for the whole game tohugh. but, when you think about it, why does it matter if you receive alot of troops? if you donate 1,000 troops and receive 1,500 that should be totally fine because 1. you donate alot and support the clan and 2. you help others reach their donation goals by requesting so many times. im not sure how people sensitive to clan mates critiquing them will feel. any ideas?

i totally agree, i hope my clan mates dont shy away from that request button. with this new update, people should donate and request twice as much. if you receive a lot of troops, make up for it by donating alot as well. thanks for the feedback.

They're just numbers - each clan will interpret them differently I suppose. Play styles vary. Some folks rely on CC nearly every battle. Some use them mostly for defense. Some clans are more active, etc. Every time I log on, I fill any requests, but that's sometimes just 1-2-3, so I'll have 15 donated. But I'll request, do a battle, log off and I've now received 30. Since you can only donate 5 per open request, and receive up to 30, I think many members will usually have more incoming than outgoing.

I think this will make the quality of donations go up....the top donators in my clan mainly swap dragons back and fourth...but there are a few players that request high level troops and don't donate very much in return, this update feature should nip that in the bud so to say.

I donate around 2500 troops per season and pretty much use nothing but dragons in my CC...I only have to request once every one to two days.

The update will show who is taking advantage and won't really affect low level players in the clan since the majority of them can't even hold drags in their CC.
