for war I thought it would be interesting to try this out...

for the last hour of a war everyone that got a total of 6 stars in the war gets a "revenge attack" and if you 3 star your revenge attack then you receive double the stars..

this will give a lot more motivation to actually go for stars and not just loot.

I haven't really thought about the cons and pros of this so feel free to add reply's.

No. This is just fundementally not a good idea. You get two attacks in war. Two. No more, no less. Adding extra attacks in war throws off gameplay, and gives one side the advantage. And I don't see how this "revenge attack" will get more people to attack, so this idea is just not that good. It is just fundementally flawed.

Well let's say a clan with 20 members has 2 TH10, 12 TH9, and 8 TH8 faces a clan that has 4 TH10, 14 TH9, and 2 TH8. The side with more high level townhalls has the ability to get mor three stars. Therefore, they can get more attacks. It just doesn't work.

I see your point in that, then everyone can get revenge attacks and not just people who get a total of 6 stars.

Again, no. Everyone has two attacks. That is all that is needed. No more, no less.

That is just a way to win cheaply.
