why can't we make temporary offense if we can make temporary defense? the level can be completely the same as the temporary defense

So how can you make a temporary BK or AQ if there is only one of each then?

I think if you implement a sort of offering/tribute to the BK/AQ with Dark Elixir when they are ug then they would help you in times of War.

very simple, just make them available when attacking in war with programming, ask SC programmer to do that.

they 100% can do it, they can even make 100 BK in one village if they want to, but they will never do it (not because they can't.)
