This 1 gem boost has garnered a lot of attention from a lot of "Clash on a Bash" players. Basically, players who Clash only when "something" is special/some event is on.
These are the "inactives", and it has reduced loot to a huge extent, plus, its ruined trophy offers like crazy.
C1 attacking G1 in some cases!
My point is, what's the point if everyone is boosting at the same time?
SC could probably make more people happier by having 1 gem boosts in 4 parts, based on where you are in the world.
And well, they are the coders, so I'll leave the functionality and implementation to them.
Basically, only 1/4th Clash players will have 1 gem boosted attack buildings available at a given time. This:
1) Gets more loot for these players.
2) Makes trophy offers believable
3) Always a nice surprise when you realize its your turn for the 1 gem boost!
Of course, collectors, mines and drills can be boosted whenever, so no special 1/4th bifurcation required for them.
AND, SC can possibly extend their updates and make people more and more anxious about what's coming next.
Also, the 1 gem boosts for different regions could overlap during a point of time to reduce the time span of the boosts.
Just asking what you guys think?
