Town hall 10 has been around for awhile. I thought why not 11. But, as you know TH10 upgrades can get up to 8 million gold and elixir each. Even worse they take 10-14 days to complete. So pretty much TH11 would be even more expensive. But i have made a conclusion. If an upgrade cost 16,000,000 elixir or gold, that would be SO much to farm. Along with 2-3 week build times. Instead of having to just attack for loot, you could use some Single Player missions, so you can get loot. For example- TH10 single player missions rewards you - 1 million elixir and gold if you 3 star, 500k if you 2 star, and 250k if you one star. This will really help balance the cost of upgrades. Also the loot cap at TH11 would be increased to 450k etc etc. Now let's move on to TH11 upgrades.

*Take into note all upgrades luckily do not go over 16 million gold. Level 4 inferno towers have been added, because there is a level 4 xbow. Only a new X-Bow the level 4 xbow is the same. All level 7 troops have been added along with level 5 dragons and healers. I have not included the stats, as that would take way to long, so that is for you SC to decide. The new single player missions along with more loot cap should help compensate for these upgrades. Two DE storages can now hold 500k DE. Possibly new Hero Upgrades, maybe to 50 but not 80. Just no, but anyway you can hold 16,000,000 in your Elixir and Gold Storages. Upgrades have also been capped at 14d just beacuse who would want to wait 28 days for an upgrade. 1 whole month is not worth it. Maybe there could also be an addition to the 6th or 7th builder to help speed up upgrades. Also another idea is champions is so diverse ranging from 3200, to 4700 trophies and beyond. Maybe 3200 could be Champions 3, 3400 Champions 2, 3600 Champions 1, 3800 Elite's 3, 4000 Elite's 2, 4200, Elite's 1, 4400+ could be Lord's League. Sorry i have no pictures.
I tried to put as much information as possible in this thread. There also should be an achievement for getting 5000 Trophies. (which i know will happen sometime) and hitting 4000 Trophies. Possibly 3000 gems - 5000 gems.Also TH11 would take 14 days to build. No new defenses. I was thinking TH11 to be more of a smaller town hall, only adding a bit of things. (Kind of to stop TH Gemmers.)
