Most weird army composition that brought unexpected results

LoL this made me laugh out loud... I'm TH9 too....don't hit me either lol...I have no loot tho, it's all in my lego walls :-P

If you got DE i am coming after you , my pekkas will be level 3 in couple days

and lego walls don't really matter to 8 pekkas moving in a group :P, as I learned recently

The goal of this post is to see the most weird army compositions people tried that brought results that were unexpected from it, at least to the player at the time and it was fun for you to watch happen. This should exclude the usual army comps used by majority of players, unless it achieved results that it should have not. I think this can also include negative comps, for example you had this strong army, but failed miserably.

Mine was yesterday. All my workers are busy on upgrades for the next few days, so with the excess of elixir (TH8) and the barracks boots, I thought I would have some fun. I did mass pekkas and thought that without wizards behind them, they would do somewhat fine, but not that great. I was so wrong. I had so much fun breaking into the core of nearly maxed TH9 with maxed xbows, stealing their loot and two starring them. I really did not expect that result.

My army comp was: 8 lvl2 pekkas, 1 in CC, lvl 8 King and 3 rage spells.

P.S. This is extremely expensive army and even though my 2 mil elixir was gone in couple attacks, it was good for my DE. I was averaging 2K DE per attack. Thank you TH9s. Finally a way to get back at you, even though I am only TH8

One of my coleader in my previous clan used all unit in doing a war attack(from barb to lava). Weird army comp but an expected result( fail against his fellow th10).

All wallbreakers and 2 heroes. 34% gainst a townhall 7. Most buildings were in range of defenses. Gold walls. I knew it was gonna fail but i never expected to get that much percentage actually.

I once tried 6 WB and the rest goblins.
The problem was they had cc troops and so I died pretty miserably without getting any loot besides a few collectors.

Trying to drop out of champions league to get back to my old farming hot spot in master 2 i came up with my goblin minion attack strategy! 200 goblins 20 minions much to my surprise i found i could win against a surprising number of bases up there plus get a good amount of loot!

lol I have seen many people use a similar strategy. When I want to get crazy I do a composition of 1 pekka 5 healers the rest wiz.

Hogs and wizards. I was surprised at how well it went. The hogs removed all the defences and then the wizards mopped up and because of their high damage attacks, they went through walls really easily.
