Yea, even just one more at TH7 so we finish with a total of 3 would do loads of good. TH7 having a drill could indirectly help alleviate some of the lightning on DE that people complain about too.

For example: You load it with 500k or 1 million regular Elixir, wait 2 to 4 hours and out pops 1 to 2k of DE?
You could also do small upgrades on the building to increase performance. Either shorter time or more DE.
You'd need to simulate what are fair values, the above are just an example.
A conversion building would be cool but I dont see them adding that for a long time unless there is enough demand for it. Increasing output of drill or allowing more then lvl 6 would be an easier way to go about it

Very sorry to tell you that the reason why DE storage and BK is available in TH7 is to make us force ourself to raid DE and when we reached 7000-8000, our DE will be raided by other person too and because we can't make it to 10.000, we're forced to buy DE using gems.
One of the best tactic SUPERCELL did, good job.
1 more DE drill would be nice
