Thanks, I get it now...The game is not diificult for me, not at all, I asked a question "why is it so?" I did not ask for comments on how the game is to me, If you have no reasonable answers,keep your thoughts to yourself, And THANKS to those that answered my question.

No you don't get it

Walls have always bin with gold only, when I was a th9 I had to much elixir aswell but I could choice stay th9 to get lv9 walls or move to th10
These days lv9 walls mean nothing anymore and whats wrong with having to sitt on elixir that you don't need anymore, thats a luxury problem, you shoulda add to your poll the option to ditch elixir to any sett of walls aswell

Unfair? This game had been out for over 2 years and they only just recently added elixir for walls. It's not like everyone had the opportunity and now you don't. That would have been unfair. I think it would be unfair of you had that option because I didn't and got my walls with gold before the update...

I really don't think it's unfair just making my point. Skulls aren't that difficult to farm. Gold is so easy to get I really don't see the problem

Why remove the use of elixir to upgrade walls to level 7&8 ?

(1)This makes it more difficult for us to catch up with other players that have started since they had this before and they used it,making it unfair
Why is this unfair? It would be unfair for new people to have an advantage on people who put in a lot of work upgrading their walls with gold and catch them up even though the new players have put way less effort in.

(2) WEAK WALLS: weak walls make us weak against enemy attacks and thereby reducing our trophies which in turn makes it difficult for us to get better trophies to win the top clan rewards, making it a competition among 150 people for gems,
Do you seriously think that you will ever be competing for the top clan awards if you are worried about upgrading your low level walls with lix. In time you will learn that this is a false hope.

(3) WASTE OF TIME: the time spent in upgrading these walls is wasted time compared to the time used if we were able to use both gold and elixir.
Yes it will take you longer, just like it took everyone else longer.

(4)LOSS OF ELIXIR: If all builders are busy for long period of time and also elixir storage is full,wih you having weak walls, stronger people can attack and steal much elixir you worked hard to get.

If you don't need the lix why do you care if someone steals it? I have spent months raiding with full lix tanks just watching what I won disappear into the ether. Sometimes I put my lix tanks outside my walls if I wanted to gain some trophies.

the majority of clash has always been gold only upgrades. Lix upgrades has only been a recent feature, and imo, should be 9 or even 10+ not 7+ walls. Such it up, will tkae only 1-2'weeks to max. Come talk to me when your doing zaps.

It is actually fine for me, looking that it is only 500k (even as a TH8). My only problem is attacks. Once I get out my shield, I get attacked 20 minutes after (even to the extent of an attack right after collector raids). And, they are TH9s who gets my lix and de. No choice, a loss each and every time. How unfortunate I am.

Agree, I've also been advocating that one. Purely from an economic standpoint.

To the original poster, there is one key element your neglecting in your 'unfairness' argument. Loot penalty, you can cope just fine with lower walls because TH10 your biggest threat rarely can profit off you.
