You sure started at an unlucky time.. You can boost your barracks, pumps, mines and such from lv5 and higher. So upgrade them asap, the cheap boosts will be here till the 7th.

That sucks. I'll start with my mine and elixir pump since there lv4, the rest is lv 2 or 3.
