The one gem boost came at the right time though. I have boosted my level 12 collectors. They give me 1000 more resources per hour than the level 11 ones. It is just one way to inspire people to upgrade their collectors.
Having said that, I didn't log on my TH8 Acc for a few days. One attacker used goblins and took 600K+ from my collectors. But I was still able to come back and collect around 120K from each collector after I logged in (Before my shield expired). So I don't mind it one bit ^^.

I actually look forward to it ending, I want to see the impact of the new lv 12 pumps on the true day to day economy of the game.
After another week of boosted raiding I'll have had enough too, will be nice to go back to a slower pace.
