speed up builder idea

I had an idea to speed up builders. How about the option to use gold or elixer to boost the building speed of a builder. It could be a one time boost per structure. I was thinking like maybe if you was upgrading an elixer storage unit you could hv 1 of 2 options: 25% speed boost for 1 million gold or 50% boost for 2million. Same would go for gold storage: 25% speed boost for 1million elixer or 50 % boost for 2 million. The cost of the boost could be determined by the lvl you are upgrading it to. I searched to see if anyone else hv posted this idea already but couldnt find any like this. What do you guys think?

SC would not even contemplate on the idea of using G/E/DE as resources for boosting

Well if they decide to use gems then only the wealthy people will be speed boosting builders. Im sure it will be like 500gems or somthing like that... they will hv it so high no one will boost...
