Hoppers not a problem at all for any decent clan leader. Your above comments show you do not have a grasp at all on this.
I think your problem is more with your methods of dealing with them than anything Supercell needs to be doing. If you want to be leader of a clan you will need to deal with all sorts of problems, this being one of the easier ones. if you are going to deal with things by getting all self righteously angry and crying for someone else to take care of your problems for you then you will be a poor leader indeed. Just give the job to someone else.
