Are you tired of lighting raids?
The basic idea is this. You can buy a lightning rod and it would reduce the loot taken from lightning attacks.
How it works is you can attach the lightning rod to one storage of your choise.
In order to make it fair the lightning rod could also drop the hit points of the storage by 50%.
If you have feedback i would love to hear it.

Lightning is supposed to do damage to troops and buildings in a small area --- damage to resource buildings = lost loot.
Lightning has been doing this since the start of the game, long before DE was invented. In those days, spells cost gold, and people occasionaly used spare zaps on elixir stores. Supercell allready increased the hp of DE stores, so that less is lost to zappers......
Any chance of giving a reason for wanting this change? If you do a search you will find 100's if not 1000's of threads on this subject alone --- some of them even have people giving sensible and reasonable arguments, both for and against.
Supercell neutered my beloved Zaps.... Oh well, adapt and survive... Now BAMing in a league near you, with max rage...

the only people that do not like the lighting rods are the people that use them because that is the only way they get DE too many noobs using lighting spells to steal DE most are so weak they can not even give you a shield
Blah blah blah. The only people who do want them are ones that are so weak they have to sit in low trophy leagues and prey on low level ♥♥♥♥ bases. Then they get mad when those same weaklings drop lightning on them because that's quite literally the only thing they can do.

I don't remember the last time I was hit with lightning. I currently am holding about 75k DE.
Why do you suppose I don't get hit? It's because I'm sitting in a league where people know how to raid properly.
Dissappointing. When two people say "this idea is bad and here's why," why do FOUR more users continue to say "your idea is ♥♥♥♥" and "you're a noob?" Explain.

I myself have thought about this, and a lightning rod is not a great idea, sorry, but I thought about this and the only tiny chance this might get into the game is through the tesla. It is an electrical defense, therefore they might let it absorb SOME of a light ing strike damage if it was within range
