As for the 45k dark I would say go for the queen, she really becomes useful once her power is activated at level 5. Also what ranges are you normally looking at for raiding?

I'm hitting the GOLD 1 range, if that is the range you were looking for?

Hard to say, but my th9 is having a hard time finding loot in gold1, My ten usually hovers between 2550-2800 but considering your stated issues not sure that would be best just yet. I do find a lot of flush th9s in gold 2 ranges that seem to be hiding. I would say maybe start at 1600 and slowly push till you find the sweet spot, a lot of your troop upgrades seem to be good, just depends on what army comps you like.
