I need some advice…..Please!

First of all, I don't need to know that I've rushed my account. I'm more informed now and am trying to make the best of it. SO, this brings me to my question.

What do I do next? I'm about to get an iPad, and will then start a new account that will be properly raised through the TH levels (maxing each as I go). I'm thinking my current account has value to my clan as a feeder. SO, I would imagine I need to concentrate on building my defenses and upgrading troops, but am really not sure the best way to go about it or if that strategy is sound. SO, for those much more experienced than I am I'm going to provide as much info below as I can and await your advice. If you need any more information, please let me know what that is. First off, you have a bigger decision to make. Do you want to pour as much time as poss into rescuing the premmie 10, or hammering the new account up?
With those defence levels, i would imagine you get hit pretty hard on logoff, so if you really want to salvage it, long sessions will really help. (Unless of course you plan on sitting with 2 devices open to play both, but that drove me insane pretty fast when tried it).

Camps, camps, and more camps. Going to be fastest way to dig yourself out, maxing offensive power to raid.
Gold-wise, keep 1 inferno at a time upgrading til both maxed, at least 1 wiz tower at a time, choice is yours if got any builders left (but id prob go AD).

I didnt see hero levels in that wall of numbers, spaces and new lines woulda been lovely there, but i would keep them both up and running as much as poss til camps are maxed.
You can try hogs or hog-healer to make elix fast, but only works on th9s really, and theres an awful lot of folks fighting over them.

don't max mortars first like everyone says because they suck unless you are town hall 4 upgrade your camps and troops so you can be of use in wars and upgrade all walls to purple asap upgrade infernos, archer towers,xbows, wizard tower and air defence first

Well, I don't get much of a chance to farm. A family with 2 kids (8 & 6) and a demanding job (10-11 hours a day) keep me busy. I do a couple raids in the morning and a couple at night. I should add that I find it hard to find people worth attacking. Not sure what a good trophy level is to do so at. I find myself nexting A LOT and wasting gold. Even with BARCH attacking.

First things first:
Start off small.
Compare the stuff on your base with a TH7. Max what is not maxed.
Similarly, compare for TH8 and do the same. Then TH9, TH10.
Don't worry about the walls. Its best you get your defenses up first and worry about walls later (since you don't get time to farm).
Another thing:
If you can spare 60 gems per day, you can eaaily make 4 million in 2 hours everyday. So yes, it might require a littleeeee gemming if you want to speed up the process, otherwise you have to grind it out.

So, priority is on Wizard Towers and Air Defenses. Especially Air Defenses. Get them to Level 6 ASAP.
Those will help you earn more defenses, also in wars.

So, priority list as far as I can see it:
1. Air Defenses to 6, Wizard Towers to 7.
2. Army camps to max.
3. Compare your stuff with each TH level and begin upgrading it.

The Wizard towers are important for keeping off barch armies and pesky goblins.

I've had people worse off than you come to my clan, and with our advice, they've been able to catch up.

It does take time, but keep on chugging. Get your troops maxed out, and focus on attacking. That will give you loot to work on the rest. Use gold to max your defenses, favoring splash damage and infernos first.

It sounds like you know what to do now... Just keep doing it. You'll get there.

My advise is to live off the collectors and mines. Max those first and go to bronze league to hide.

The thing is with your schedules you will probably won't be playing 2 account actively. It is either you put great effort to this account or you just play the new one.

Having your max collectors as a primary sources of income will get you there... It just take years.
