    Would you agree?

    I am lingering about this small realization: archer towers are like simpler x-bows now. Their fast attack speed (half a sec) and HP is nowhere near the x-bow, actually, but their damage is its main advantage. Well, it would make sense since there are two or three archers on top of them, but why not have these archers shoot at one time with a chance to miss, most especially when the troops are further its range? It would also be plausible since the troops are moving while they aim. It also looks weird when their arrows is like diverting a little when it shoots troops. Just a thought, though.

    don't put real life logic to a game

    aside from that, making archer towers miss...

    there will be a balance issues about that...
    maxed out TH9, minus the heroes
    kinda quit, Lurker mode: on

    As soon as you said the word 'chance' I lost interest. Adding in random chance for things to hit or miss would really suck.

    I do not want to lose more loot on defence because my archer towers sometimes 'miss' the enemies. I also don't want to miss out on loot because I got hit every time by an archer tower that should sometimes miss.

    Random is bad, really bad.

    Just like dragons. Attacking random buildings. Anyways, the percentage of miss is low, probably 5~10%, but I also think the damage should increase as the troops get nearer, probably also a 10-20% increase of DPS. And also, misses happens at further ranges, probably the 8.5-10 tile range.

    Sometimes it needs to, even the illogical villagers needs a change. But it does not, since it is no game changer. Apparently ATs are part of defense. But, well, it IS a game. But sometimes the game needs to make more sense. Even the cannon is non realistic, but I do not want to compare each defense to real life.

    Dragons don't go for random buildings. They go for the closest. And yes the Archer Towers already miss sometimes, but that is only because each arrow is fired before the previous lands and sometimes the previous arrows kills the target. There is no way to change this and it is working as intended.
