In my group, we have multiple clans, and we move between them.
In the last update, for some unknown reason, a rejoin cool-down was added... Why???? No one asked for that!
Now I can't get into my war clan. Please undo the madness!

There's a rejoin cooldown??? Did you get kicked out or something???

Nope, I didn't get kicked. It's happened several times actually. We have a separate war clan. For our current war, we only have ten participants. It was dead last night, so I left the clan, to go join a 'Request & Leave' clan, to do a session of farming. Afterward, I tried to rejoin our war clan, and I was given a message, "You must wait before rejoining this clan."
Fortunately, I was able to get ahold of one of our other members to send me an invite. It's a pain though.
