But since you are here.... I can't help you if I don't know some more information, like are you trying to make another forum account or a CoC account or another... account or something?

First,save your current account to google+.
Use 1 mail address.
After u r connected, it will save all your work on that base.
Second, make a new mail, for your second coc i.d
Then, go to phone setting>app>coc>clear data

You wull start a new base then.save that one to the new mail that u had registered earlier.

You can, but it starts completely over with everything. You lose your base and everything in it.

Also if you use it to sneak up on and get back at anyone that was part of the banning issue you were experiencing I don't advise that. They do have ways to trace it to your other one (they have seen the come back under a new name trick before) and then you will have greater troubles that include but not limited to both accounts being gone. So be careful what you think you are accomplishing coming back under a new account. A fresh start this time with no trouble they will let slide. But any trouble just gets you onto tougher lists where they have you as someone they don't want near the community and will take greater steps to permanently shut you out under any name.

They have many millions riding on this game. Never underestimate what they will do to protect those millions. And also don't underestimate their understanding of knowledge of their systems and technology in general that they can use to help them protect those millions.
