Attacking player in G2 from C1 ?

Hello people
I'm currently sitting at around 2400 trophies and I've been getting a lot of bases in mid 1800s in my search.
I just raided a TH9 with full pumps at 1840. And I've been getting a LOT of bases in G1-G2 range.
Like I'll get 2 cups for a 3 stars. Isnt a weird for this to happen at 2400 ?

I occasionly found bases like this when I was up there! Have they changed searching system?

50% of what i find in C1 are from G2 and G1. (Note that this is ONLY happening since today morning)

What with 1 gems boosts and all, BOOST EVERYTHING!
Probably more players online and raiding, handing out more shields, causing the search parameters to widen.

This happened to me last week also, so it's not that new actually. Seems to happen somewhere around C1 for sure.

I was at 2400 and i saw some gold 1 players so i just skipped them. It happens sometimes, just ignore it.

Im sitting at 2400 and the last attacks I had was on players at 1809 - 1733 - 1934.
The guy with 1733 was 693 cups lower than me. But good loot isnt that u fair to them? Kinda useless the remain in Gold league if people at C1 can attack you!

True the matchmaking radius is pretty wide atm... But is there anything sweeter than a champ sniping you for -1 ?

ouch! Well yeah that's the dark side of that coin.... I also lost -34 yesterday because i didn't pay attention to what horrendous mismatch that was lol... :eek:
