NEW TROOP: Druid - Ground Healer

    The Druid

"The wise and mysterious druid can heal both ground and air troops. Druid's enjoy helping their fellow comrades, especially wall breakers. Just keep them out of the way of mortars!

The druid is a dark troop unlocked at dark barrack level 7

Abilities: - Like the healer, the druid heals troops. However, unlike the healer the druid can heal air troops.
    - The druid has a splash range of an only 1 tile radius, as opposed to the healer with a splash range of 2.
    - One of the main abilities of the druid, is that it can heal wall breakers, one time each, after they explode.
    - The druid targets wall breakers to heal however, won't run after them, and only heals those
in a 4 tile distance away from it, the druid has a 4 tile range (slightly less than the 5 of the healer)

    Statistics:

Level Heals P/S for Ground Health Healed P/S for Air Hitpoints Training cost Housing Space Training Time Movement Speed Preferred Target Range Dark Barrack Level
    1 40 30 200 200 rsz_11dark_elixir.png 18 20m 15 Wall breakers 4 tiles 7
    2 55 38 280 220 rsz_11dark_elixir.png
    3 70 50 340 250 rsz_11dark_elixir.png
    4 78 60 450 300 rsz_11dark_elixir.png

Trivia: - The druid is a bit weak in terms of hitpoints and therefore mortars can pose a threat
    - The druid can heal at a higher rate for ground troops than for air troops, as shown in statistics
    - The druid can heal more health than the healer per second, except when healing air troops
    - With the exception of wall breakers, the druid stops healing to follow troops, it can't heal while moving

    Appearance:
The Druid looks slightly similar to the wizard in appearance. However, unlike the wizard, the druid is adorned with long gold and white flowing robes, and a white beard. The druid holds a staff. When healing, it's staff will glow at the tip and the druid will stand still.

The druid will look somewhat like this picture off google:

Is the druid too OP, too UP or is it a good idea?
Please let me know what you think!

Smile Not too Bad of an idea

    Overview:
I like the ideas and aspects of this troop. I like the fact that it isn't vulnerable to air defenses like healers are, and unlike healers, can also heal air troops. I like how it can almost bring wall breakers back to life, and that seems like an interesting concept. As for the health, I think that it increases far too much, and should only increase by about 20%-30% per level at the most, and shouldn't often exceed a limit of 50%. I think that it should have a main weakness, perhaps it could take 2x damage from mortars or all splash damage defenses/traps ? However, I don't like the idea of it targeting wall breakers over other troops, as wall breakers have an extremely low amount of hitpoints, and could distract them from targeting other troops. I also don't like the idea that druids could heal other druids and healers too.

    Questions:
    • Would they be Unlocked at TH9 or TH10 ?
    • Could they heal other troops under the effect of Inferno Towers ?

    Summary:
This troop suggestion is very creative, and I think the HPS statistic is balanced for all levels. As for the health stat however, Im not so sure. I think that it starts off too low, and increases in too large increments, and is too high for its maximum level. I think that it should be around 400-450hp at maximum level at the most, meaning that it can survive 1 giant bomb but not 2. With all of these reasons combined, I am going to vote a 3/5 on this thread as it has a couple of aspects that I do like as well as aspects that I don't like. I like the idea of healing air troops, but at the same time, I don't like them being able to heal other Druids or Healers. As this could just involve Druids and Healers healing eachother, and not focusing on healing other, more important troops.

I hope you understand my vote, and I hope my advice helps you.

Ummm...this might cause copyright problems with castle clash since they have pretty much the exact same troop, except its a hero.

This is an interesting idea, although I think it's a little overpowered. You can use healing spells at the beginning of the battle, and wait for your troops to advance further into the base, and knock out some major defenses, and just send is some of the "druid's" and win easily.
