1. Clan wars!
2. Saved base layouts
3. Hero defense changes

Worst (also in order)
1. Elixir for walls
2. X-bow glitch (unintentional I know, but still really sucks)
3. Can't think of a third, this was a good year.

Oh I actually forgot about that one, even read the update summaries LOL. And agree that was a very good change. Would have been very close to my top 3 had I remembered it.
