New Gems

Hello, my name is iCuke. I have been playing CoC since the very first day of it's launch. I have enjoyed every day of it's gameplay. I recently thought of a very cool idea. I don't know how successful it would be, but I'm just going to tell you.

You guys should add a 99c package to the Gem store. It would cost 99 cents, and you would get 100 gems, since for 5 dollars you would get 500, ( 500 / 5 = 100 ).

I think that this would be VERY successful. I have had times where I have only needed about 50 - 60 gems, and I had to buy the 5$ Gem Package.

Buying a 99 cent package would help ALOT, and I think it would be great for business, too.

This is just a suggestion, I have no idea about how you guys make money off of this game, I don't expect it to be considered, but I just wanted to share!

Hey iCuke, and welcome to the forums!
Your idea definitely makes sense and would be very useful... but here are two things that supercell might run into if they were to put this into their game.
#1. It doesn't follow the "The-more-you-buy-the-better-deal-you-get" concept the existing purchases do. What i mean is the bigger purchase of gems you buy, the more value you are getting. That being said, all supercell would have to do is lower the amount of gem 99 cents would buy slightly.
#2. Supercell may lose profits, as making you buy the more expensive package when you only need a little gets them a larger profit...
In conclusion, your idea is pretty awesome and I would love to see it implemented into the game! As long as supercell fins a work-around for these problems, then it will hopefully get put in Clash!

Well if they added this you would only by the 99c one instead of the 5 dollar one. Supercell gets 4 dollars less
