Firstly give a reason.

Secondly no. They are very good troops and are therefore required to have a downside. 10-12 Dragon attacks on your base because they take 10 minutes to make would be stupid. It keeps them from being used too much and abused. Just get on with the game please and stop suggesting stupid ideas. You have posted four and have yet to produce a good idea.
