    A fresh idea.

    I was playing clash the other day and had a great idea: a leaking storage! Think of when an attacker destroys or partially damages your elixir or dark elxir storage but with a twist! If the storage is 50% damaged or destroyed a small crack will appear. Until you log on and fix it by waiting 2 minutes while a builder repairs (Not requiring a free builder)it will discharge small amounts of its capacity, perhaps 1000 elixir per hour or 1-10 DE per hour? If a storage isn't repaired in 5-7 days leakage is reduced by 25%, in another 5-7 days it is reduced by 25% again and will keep going until 20-28 days and it permanently be 1-5% of potential leakage. This is to lessen damage to players can't be active every day, lose their device, or to those collector bases we all know and love and would apply to collectors, mines and drills. It would not effect major gameplay much but would encourage players to be more active and add a bit more realism to the game. Thanks for listening!

    Additional Ideas (in feedback):
    1) A small wait time instead of a charge- 2 minutes. (Implemented)
    2) Could work with collectors, mines, and drills by slightly decreasing production instead of draining capacity.
    3) Perhaps % of leakage at the initial crack could be decided by amount of damage to storage and/or collector, mine and drill.

    Finally some honesty in an ideas thread, even if I thought this was a bad idea I'd support it just for that.

    I've always thought that there should be some penalty for leaving your based wrecked or staying logged off forever. Rewarding active players is a good idea.

    Alright, I can side with that. It could delay the rebuilding animation until rebuilding is paid for, would make it more meaningful.

    Right now I would vote Meh, needs tweaking. But I'm not going to because I hope this becomes a thriving discussion and is tweaked, then I can vote Yes.

    Personally, I would do away with the fix charge, even though it is miniscule I'd rather leave that jar of worms unopened. I would support the charge being replaced by having to wait long enough for the rebuilding animation to complete. Also, I would broaden the idea to include collectors/mines by reducing production by a tiny percentage, if only to provide some equality.

    Ok, good idea.

    I feel that if you did away with the fix charge it would kind of demolish the idea, but I think it would so minuscule that it wouldn't drain your loot but would be more of an annoyance than anything. However, a time period to wait for it to be repaired could work if it were 2 minutes or something like that, but nothing any shorter. I did think of applying it to collectors and mines when I first thought of it but didn't include it in the OP since I didn't want hit everyone with a shotgun blast of ideas.

    If this is purely to increase the activity of players, then the time thing works better. I like the two minutes, it's long enough that most people won't just stare at the screen while waiting, they'll actually do something like donate troops. I just think that having a charge would lead to people calling for higher THs to pay more because they have more, and it conceptually takes away from the reward aspect. People see that there's something else they'll have to constantly pay for, and are immediately turned off of the idea (I know I was).

    What if someone had a very good reason it was not a good idea? You are saying keep that quiet because you want to put it in even if it would damage the game?
