this idea is to open up conversation about doing more with your clan other then just waring and donating troops.
my idea is that we can level up our clans to gain some kind of percs or extra features.
how to go about leveling up a clan can be approached a few different ways, either by
1) participating in wars and extra bonus to winning a war.
2) having members donate resources to the clan to help level it up
3) every time a clan member does a normal attack on another player the clan gains some EXP or resources towards a level
some percs i think we can gain by leveling up a clan are.
1) reduced time on builders
2) create a custom clan logo
3) increased gold, elixir, and DE collector rate
4) access to a guild bank, where members can help others with resources. strictly DE, gold or elixir only
