COC should have new promotions designated for specific areas of the game. Instead of just co-leaders who have almost the same privileges as leaders, the new promotions can be designated to only 1 clan member.
A potential promotion could be "war leader" (this position goes with the idea of the clan war roster). This "war leader" has the authority to designate which clan members will be in the war.
Another promotion would be "recruiter." This member will be the only person that can invite other players. As elders and co-leaders may currently do so, not all clans want every player to be able to do so. This includes recruiting in global.
Just keep in mind that these promotions are not required. The leader has ultimate power and decides whether or not to give them out, or strip a player of that status. If these new promotions aren't given out, the leader will have control.
Players designated as the new promotions may also be able to pass it on to someone else in the clan if he/she wishes not to be promoted. In which case they will be returned to their previous status.
These new promotions will have the same "kicking" privileges as co-leaders. In which case they may kick out elders and regular members.
Also, there may ONLY be ONE of each new promotion. Will make decision making a bit easier with 1 clan member in control.
