What I think he is trying to say is that he would like it if when you visit someone's village who has attacked you, that you have an option for revenge while visiting them, and not have to return back to your village first. I like this idea, personally because I often thumb through many people who have attacked me to find one worthy of revenge, or who doesn't happen to be online/have a shield up.
