I know it would get annoying when farming but would come in handy during war. Esp if I req a Pekka or Golem/Hound and someone has to cook. If I'm on a shield I can log off and get notified when Req is filled! Basically the same as Camps being full.

If you want to play sticky cop you should study sticky law first. You have misread the sticky and are now stuck in a sticky situation.
