Additional requirement options for clans

I'm sure that I am not the only one who believes that it is a little ridiculous to not have level requirement for joining clans. It will be leagues better than the trophy requirement option. Open clan for new members and you get a basket full of Noobs handed to you. It's very annoying to constantly keep booting peeps who don't meet the requirements, last time I checked trophies didn't do anything in helping win wars. Why are there no better options !!! Minimum hero levels, minimum level, minimum wall/research should be in the clan requirement options for leaders and coleaders. It will save thousands of hours for players around the world. Anyone who meets the requirement will automatically see the clan and who don't meet the requirement won't or they can set the search options themselves but only join those which they meet requirements to. What you guys think ? Won't it help with the recruiting, open clan but only peeps you want can join.
