Suggestion: Stalking for Revenge and Increased Chance for Revenge
I know there have been threads for improving revenge attacks, with different method of showing shield timer, the button changing colors, and so on. Many of them are either unfair, or won't really solve the problem in of itself for one reason or another. So here is an idea that should split the difference on some ideas.
Stalking-----
You have a notice feature that periodically pings one target, and only one target, of a revenge attack and if it comes back as attackable it lets you know.
Having one target under watch per person will mean not everyone that can be revenge attacked will be checked, and cause frustration from people swarming in, and likely missing the chance, becase one lucky person got there first.
Improved Chance-----
A simple change in how the system processes who gets to attack a base and when a base can be attacked can drasticly help in improving revenge attack chances.
When someone goes offline, and is able to be attacked, instead of being instantly put into the pool of random people that others can attack, there is a delay in being eligible to be attacked by the first random person, and gives people wanting revenge some time to attack first.

Hate to bump, but in less than 24 hours, this got pushed to page 7, while already mentioned revenge attack fix ideas were reposted and talked about. Best that I know, not many people have talked about this idea, and would like some input before letting it sink down the page count.
