BACKGROUND and WAR INFO
We run a war clan named GoHAM Gaming designed around two main priorities, winning war and progressing bases (Without Rushing the Town Hall). To win wars, we require maximum participation by using both attacks, donate troops that are asked for, and adhere to some minimum base defense requirements. The large majority of the clan consist of town hall 8 and town hall 9 bases that are not rushed. The majority of our TH8s use mass dragon, dragloon and max hogs. Our TH9s use either max Hogs, lavaloonion,goho,holo, gowiwi or different variations of these particular attacks. Please learn these attacks or know them prior to sending a request to join goham. We generally stay away from 2 star attacks(gowipe) inside of wars, but we would like it if you at least know them and encourage their use outside of war for farming.
GOHAM is the type of war clan who really prides themselves on organization and preparation during wars. We use a web app called clashcaller to organize attacks during war. Also, at the start of every war we will analyze the enemy clan to see what troop compositions they will likely be using during the war. This allows us to correctly stock our war cc's with the troops needed to give us an advantage in the war. This preparation is done by most members as a group and usually results in a better outcome for the war
We expect every single one of our members to use two attacks per war. In fact one of our rules is even if a war is surely won, we still expect our members to use their second attack for practice, gaining stars or loot attacks upon co-leaders permit.
Every single one of our members is active and on CoC every single day. This means there will always be members around to fill troop requests and answer questions. We do not have a donation ratio requirement but we do ask members todonate as much as they can when they can and also not be afraid to request troops whenever they need them. During war times there will always be 10-20 members around with war troops trained (lvl3dragons, lvl3 Pekkas, lvl2 witches, lvl6loons) so you shouldn't have to wait more than a few minutes to get your war requests filled.
This clan consists of mostly adults and mature teens. We kick immature and disrespectful players instantly. Please don't request to join if you tend to be vulgar and immature in chat.
Although we all communicate through in-game chat, we also use a messaging service called "Line" Messenger to strategize and just generally keep in touch. It's a free messaging app that can be downloaded through the app store. Also, GoHAM gaming uses a web app located at clashcaller.com. We use clashcaller to organize attacks during war.The web app (clashcaller) is mandatory to use. We don't make line mandatory but is highly recommended for better communication between members
REQUIREMENTS
We are mainly looking for players from USA to sync time schedules and war schedules.We war on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6:00pm eastern time zone.
Minimum 1300 trophies (we consider ourselves a hybrid clan so farming is encouraged but we also expect everyone to stay in the gold range at the very least)
We are currently accepting th 8 and th 9 in the clan.
Current Townhall level - requirements to join
TH8- MAX th7 plus Lvl3 dragons and at least 2x lvl5 AirD and 1x lvl6 AirD, 100 war stars, 5000 friend in need
TH9 - MAX th 8 plus180 war stars, 15000 friend in need
We look at war stars, friend in need, and other stats within your profile to better predict your war experience. We also encourage all of our members to max their base prior to town hall advancement. This includes maxing hero's and walls
*Most important requirements* Please be willing to take advise and constructive criticism and use two strong war attacks each war.
PROMOTIONS
We do not have the typical promotional systems that you see in other clans. The way our promotion system works is strictly based on responsibilities. Elders will be given to mature members who donate, give tips to others,and are more social than active members. Co-leader status is earned by performing all the responsibilities that elders have, as well as contributing to general logistics and more. General logistics refers to accepting new members and going over the rules with them upon entry. The plus more part of the previous statement is open to interpretation. For example, myself and others design forum posts, create banners, are very social, and generally go above and beyond what is expected. The leader and coleaders will generally know who should get promoted by the amount of work they are contributing to the clans growth and development. We are still a very new clan but have been very successful the past few months using this type of promotion system. We also have plenty of members who generally just want to clash and that is all they want to do. That being said. we encourage anyone who meets our requirements to join the clan.
