The best way to learn great attack strategies is by watching replays of 3 star attacks. Large collection of 3 Stars Clan Wars attack replays on hundreds of base designs at: https://www.3starsclanwars.com/ (It's a great resource to add to your War Preparation Day.)
Worst now it's confirmed there are no double gb's there.
its the best if you use that layout on and on and on for the rest of coc. its worst if you change the base, bc it willl get in the way of everything

Well like everyone else has said: worst.
For the season though you should keep it
Ask pete17$ and he'll definitely say it's best positioned.
main: th12 56/56/26, 2nd: th11 46/46/20 and few minis
Keep it maybe a present will spawn in front of that tower then you can cut it down and still remember you had a tree there while not giving away your giant bomb placement
Edit: just realized there's already one there already but behind the archer tower, yeah I'd cut it down

That's pretty unlucky. You'pl have to cut it down eventually or just never change base designs.
