Change Builder's Hut access to improve gem use?
As most informed people playing CoC believe, it is 'a poor idea' to not save up gems to buy your Builder's Huts first. It is a good idea, but also limits gem use for the majority of the game experience. I'm TH7, got my 4th Builder weeks ago, and I've ONLY spent a few gems from being 'tricked' by the tutorial and 5-6 gems recently on barracks, spell factory, and Hero regenerating boosting ONLY because of the one gem cost from the holiday event. It was fun, and wished it always cost 1 gem
So, I'm wondering what would be a fair way to fix this. Fix as in make it less of a punishment for spending gems sooner in-game, by still getting Builder's Huts at roughly the same time, at a fair cost, as you would if you saved gems (assuming not spending real money), and still allow for people putting money in game to get early access.
One idea is to make it level based, and give early access if you pay money. Money cost may vary, based on what level you are, with being closer to the required level costing less. This would simulate the cost you would have paid buying gems to get all the Builder's Huts very early, and the cost you would have paid if you got them early, but later on. Just an idea. Welcome to other ideas to get this to work.
