Initiating Personal Clan Wars. Searching a attacking someone you know.

I have always been, as well as my friends, wanting to attack people I know or people who want to test their base. How difficult would that be? You could have a selection process where you can do a random war or wage war against someone you know or have beef with if it was accepted. I would say the same for single player mode too. It would be nice to have a few things like that.

Possible layout:

Clan Wars:
Start WAR RANDOM WAGE PERSONAL

Have it where you could set the prize like amount of trophies or something like that with loot. Something that would give them to fight for. I would have to be where the clan being requested to attack have an option to accept or decline.

Selection for war: Being able to individually select who is to participate in war and who can't. Some people may have to work or can't participate. This would help out with the traffic of people having to leave and return to the clan because they know they can't participate.

Also being able to communicate with the other clans or leave comments, would also be a great addition.
