Hey today I am gonna share a great idea!!!If you could mark a clan alliance or enemy!!! If you would mark them alliance Then both the clans could help each other in every mean!!! If you mark it as enemy then you will oftenly have war with them and they can give you challenges etc.

Its not quite ruled out, it has a few differences from that which is. But it does walk the line pretty close. I thought some of it (alliances) was worthwhile and with some adjustments might (not sure but possible) shape into something doable. The other half got way to close to targeted wars which is indeed ruled out for all the abuses that would come. I think you should avoid that path and cut that part away entirely. it would increase the chances of the rest of your suggestion being worked up into something. (adjustments to that would have to include ways to protect against abuse)
