Most people have problem with base designs so I think that you should be able to go and watch peoples bases. This is something that you would do in game You could see really cool and creative villages and also really good bases that can help you win defenses.
You should be able to choose witch th level you would like to see so that you wouldn't just see th 10 bases with a lot more walls then if you where th 5. Everybody could post bases if they are not offensive.
Another idea is that people could post there army compositions. So if you find an really good army composition you could post it and help other people.
