OnceOnce Again My Clan Had Another Big Idea.It was to have a bank in which members could contribute resources to their likings because some need it and others just don't want it.We work for almost everything we have so why not let us do what we want with it.The leader runs it and members can make a request From Gold and Elixir from 0-400k and co leaders and elders can decide whether that person can gain it or not depending on the reason for request and if they actually need it.Dark Elixir limits to 5,000.Also as we know to make if fair we decided to magna carta the leader so that he can't just talk as much as he wants so he has to go thru the same process.

No thanks ..... I prefer people keep loot in their storages, so that I can smash their base and grab it....... sounds like a way of hiding loot to me......
