Hey, i'm thinking about if possible to add a market, for town 8+ or 9+ to buy it, that i can exchange some amount of Dark elixir to Gold or elixir. Also if possible Gold or elixir to dark elixir.

When I have excess DE though, I Build a DE only army ... search for base with big gold/elixir, attack --- --- job done
To turn excess elixir into DE ---- Zapps...
Excess gold is only good for nexting and walls.......
