After having left the game for a few months (study-related) , I was astounded to have seen the game much changed with added features (Collectors lvl 12 and Layout Editors) yet they only shed some light on more features to add !!
WAR LOUNGE!! An ultimate transfer market like place where clans needing the extra hand in wars can contribute to a clan vault and purchase a player on contract!! By :
1)Estimating the transfer worth of a player according to his troops/their levels, and his defense capabilities through a long and mind-numbing series of calculations
2) Allotting a percentage for a base's Defenses and Troops previously calculated of 25 % each by capping them at a certain worth for each TH (E.g: TH8s have capped worth of 250 k Gold+Elixir ; and 150 -200 dark elixir)
3) The remaining 50 are divided as : 15% for trophies, and another 15% for the Stars gained during regular wars and ATKs defended. 15% each.
4) The missing 5 % are for gems in the account. Kind of like the [more gold in national bank = higher currency] mentality

_Purchased players have reduced clan war bonus.
_Purchased players must not belong to a clan.
_Might help in finding a good clan.
_Contract must be specific. (E.g: If 3 wars are agreed upon , then they must either be consecutive or have specific intervals, so no clan gets smart and keeps the player with"technicality" :/ )
_Players can choose to display their best attack in a war, such as the share replay button, in their application. It could be displayed for purchasers to see and choose.
_Perhaps add an achievement? "4, 3-star attacks on counterparts or +-1,in 3 consecutive wars to be eligible for lounge privileges"? [Suggestion]
This idea may have some bugs as I do not have the indulged knowledge of how SuperCell organized the economic climate in the game. Feedback is highly appreciated!!
