Yours, by a long shot, because his mortars suck and so does his layout. Didn't look at it long, but yours doesn't look terrible, and your defenses are of a decent level.
Messi is better than Justin, that's quite obvious. Messi's base is more segmented. Justin's base? IDK, some walls and an archer tower aren't well-upgraded, some buildings can't be protected... Justin does have more trophies though.
Both are fairly bad, to be brutally honest here. The first base has way too large of a core and the second base doesn't really protect anything important. Storages are easily accessible, so it really doesn't serve its prupose.

Then your base is automatically better because it is never worth it to attack.
