Every time this happens,construction is CANCELED,GOLD AND EXLIR PLUS TROPHIES are LOST!!!!!Also it leaves the clan!! I got a new game center thinking it was someone i know(used to share with friends)and it KEEPS happening!I HATE to rise trophies just to get back into my clan!!!!PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!I had 2 MILLION OF BOTH GOLD AND EXLIR AND THEY were wasted on walls and barracks!!!!!PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RESPOND!!! i am lvl 67 and my name is Alex.

In every single case like this, it isn't someone h@cking you, it's someone playing a game on a device you left the game on, or using your gamecenter password you shared.

Top reasons these threads get sorted out:

A) a family member plays on the iOS device without you knowing it
B) you gave your gamecenter password to a friend who used it to load your game
C) you logged onto a friends iOS device to play at one point, and logged out of gamecenter when you were done thinking that would prevent them from playing it further (it doesn't)
D) you sold/traded/gave away an iOS device you had once played the game on without doing a facotry reseet and they still have access to your CoC village.

If your game was attached to gamecenter, getting a new gamecenter won't help you (you can't transfer the village to a different gamecenter). Even changing the password will only help if they have logged into a different account (bring their game in and overwrite yours on the device) - they will only need the GC password to bring the game down the first time. Once it's authenticated and the game loaded on the device, you can completely log out of gamecenter or change the p/w and they can still play that game, it just won't update achievements.

I would think long and hard about any of the scenarios above. I've yet to see one where the user didn't post or PM saying they forgot it was on so and so's iPad, or little brother was playing when they weren't looking, or their ex-best friend still had their login details, etc.

I know of nothing you can do with your account - as I said, if you change your gc password, as long as your game is loaded on some other device, they can keep playing it, it will only stop them from getting back in if they reset the device or log you out to bring another game in.

I guess it depends what scenario you are likely aware is happening. Little brothers are easier to fix than that ex-best friend or iPad you sold on eBay. One I would call the ex-friend or perhaps their parents depending on age, and ask they cease, if it's an eBay thing, not sure.

You are more than welcome to use the in-game reporting (best method vs the direct e-mail) and let customer support know what is going on. Not sure if they are authorized to give you the IPs of where the account is accessed from, or can help you in some other way.

I see from your newest post that you remembered you once logged into your cousin's device, and your cousin's cousin is now playing your game.

Gamecenter password change or making a new GC account (You can't associate your old game already attached to a gamecenter to a new gamecenter) won't work.

There are only 2 ways to ensure your game already authorized to that device can not be played. After changing your password (to keep them from authorizing the game again in the future) you need to either get your cousin to log into that device with their own gamecenter/village and answer yes to the prompt to load theirs/delete yours, or factory reset the device. Even the factory reset may not work if they now have an icloud backup which includes your already authorized game files.

Morale of the story is never share your GC password, or authorize your village onto another device you don't control. I would try to talk to him, or depending on you/your cousin's ages, maybe have your parents discuss the issue.

Since the 5th of May, 2013 I cannot have access to ASG73 village. It looks like if the village ASG73 (player ID 1-3249588 (249)) was unlinked from the Game Center ID sevillano.alejandro@gmail.com. The fact is that the village is located in clan name "VARA ESPAÑA 2.0." and it is the leader of the clan. I believe it has not been deleted since it is being attacked by other players from time to time when the protection expires. As you will see there is only this village in VARA ESPAÑA 2.0. The rest of the members that where in this clan are now in "VARA ESPAÑA 3.0".


Please let me know how can I get back this village, not only for the money that I spent in this village but also for the time spent on it.
